High-performance plasma cutting torches
Plasma cutting torches use a high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma) to cut through electrically conductive materials. The torch creates and directs the plasma arc.
Used for cutting steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals in fabrication shops, construction sites, and industrial maintenance.
Compressed air is forced through a narrow nozzle opening around an electrode. An electrical arc ionizes the gas, creating plasma at temperatures up to 20,000°C that melts and blows away metal.
Plasma cutting is faster and more precise than oxy-fuel cutting for most metals. Quality consumables ensure clean cuts, longer tip life, and reduced operating costs.
